Super soft faux fur adorned with antique brass effect ring findings threaded on textured edged rubber strands ended with bicycle valves. 

The faux fur panel is fully lined in faux leather type fabric, and the rest of the neckpiece lined in rubber.


Secured at the back with adjustable plastic black snap fittings.
